HR GENERALIST

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Implement and administer HR programs in a variety of areas including talent management, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee retention.
Support implementation of HR initiatives involving organizational change management, leadership development, and employee career development.
Record and document data to support HR reporting metrics.
Provide support of HR practices, programs, policies, and processes at multiple business locations.
Promote positive employee relations through HR administration, employee training and development Ensures data integrity of all Human Resource systems.
Administer policies and procedures and make recommendations for change as needed.
Communicate accurately and appropriately with all employees and management in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all national, regional, and local employment laws, rules, and regulations.
Assist in orientation and onboarding activities.
Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain HR professional and technical knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.
2-4 years of prior experience as a HR Generalist.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS systems.
